Refund policy

1. Strict Policy on Digital Products
All sales of digital products in this store are considered final and non-refundable. Given the nature of digital goods (license keys, software, virtual access), which are delivered and displayed immediately upon purchase, we do not offer standard refunds. By purchasing a product, you unconditionally agree to this rule and acknowledge that standard order cancellations are not possible.

2. Refunds via Store Credit Only
We value our customers, but if we approve your request for compensation in an exceptional and justified case, the refund will be issued exclusively in the form of Store Credit. Under no circumstances will we send fiat money or cryptocurrencies back to your original address or account. This credit can be used for any other purchase in our store.

3. Valid Reasons for Store Credit
We will only consider granting store credit in the following severe cases:
- Critical Malfunction: The purchased product is provably invalid or non-functional due to an error on our end, and we are unable to resolve the issue technically after you report it.
- System Non-Delivery: The payment was successful and verified, but the system (Sellauth) failed to deliver the product to you due to technical reasons.

4. When Requests Are Immediately Denied
A request for credit or any compensation will be denied in the following situations:
- You accidentally purchased the same product multiple times (duplicate purchases).
- You changed your mind after the product was displayed or delivered.
- You lack the sufficient technical knowledge, software, or hardware to properly use and set up the product.
- You received a ban or violated the terms of service of the platform for which the product is intended.

5. Troubleshooting & Support Process
If a severe technical issue occurs as described in Section 3, please contact our support team with your exact Transaction ID and clear evidence (e.g., screenshots of errors). Without relevant evidence, your request will not be reviewed.
